In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day "cooling off period" from the date of your order in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Should you choose to cancel within this period we will refund your payment in full including postage if the item has not been sent.
There will be no charges for cancellation within this initial seven day cooling off period if the item has not been sent. .

Made to Measure
Such items may not be cancelled and may only be returned for small adjustments for which an appropriate charge will be made.

Other items may only be exchanged for alternative lingerie or credit note.

Given the intimate nature of our goods and the sale prices, items once ordered and delivered may not be exchanged for a refund but only for alternative lingerie or credit note. The only circumstances in which refunds are given is if cancellation is made within seven days of the original date of order and the item has not been sent. .

If, at our discretion, we decide to waive the no-returns policy there will be a £10 restocking charge per item to cover administration, credit card charges and depreciation on the garment

But, we do understand that sometimes you may have to return an item. We offer you a 100% guarantee if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered. Please return the goods within 28 days. We will exchange up to the value of your order provided that the item has not been worn and the label remains intact and will not make second postage charge unless the item is to be gift wrapped.

However, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned panties/g-strings which do not form part of a set. Hosiery will be accepted if it has not been removed from the packaging.

If a garment has a manufacturing fault or was not the item ordered a full refund may be made including postage only if a replacement is not available.

Returning unwanted/exchange goods
You should post them, with the appropriate level of stamps or postage frank, label attached and undamaged to:
