1. The Lingerie Confidential Customer Loyalty Scheme is open to all customers who purchase directly from Lingerie Confidential and who meet the entry requirements as set out in the following clauses.
   
   
2. The Customer Loyalty Scheme will run from 1st March 2005.
   
   
3. Membership for the Loyalty Scheme will be offered to all customers who spent £100 or more since their account was created.
   
   
4. Membership of the Scheme is free of charge to all Members provided they have met the entry requirements as set out above.
   
   
5. Members of the Scheme are under no obligation to purchase goods from Lingerie Confidential.
   
   
6. It is Lingerie Confidential’s intention to run the Customer Loyalty Scheme for the foreseeable future. However, Lingerie Confidential reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Customer Loyalty Scheme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to Members of the Scheme.
